📋 Description Lead planning, development, and execution of capital projects across a regional manufacturing Manage multi-million-dollar capital expenditure programs with budget control and resource Partner with operations, engineering, finance, and site leadership to set project strategies. Oversee projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and compliance. Direct external engineering firms, contractors, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers. Implement structured project management, including scope, risk, cost, scheduling, and change 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required. 12+ years of experience managing large-scale capital projects in manufacturing. Master’s degree preferred; PMP or equivalent is an advantage. Proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and execution. Experience with engineering firms, contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers. Knowledge of food safety standards, OSHA, and environmental/industrial safety practices. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of $130,000 – $140,000.
