📋 Description Establish, operationalize, and lead an enterprise PMO with governance, models, tools, KPIs, and Provide executive leadership across transformation programs for strategic outcomes. Develop portfolio governance with steering, intake, prioritization, gates, rights, and rhythms. Lead process engineering and optimization for efficiency, scalability, and performance. Drive cross-functional transformation across ops, ERP, finance, service, procurement, and supply Design change strategies, engage stakeholders, and manage adoption and readiness. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred. 10+ years in program/portfolio/PMO leadership for enterprise transformations. Experience building and operating enterprise PMOs from scratch. Proven success in large-scale, multi-unit transformation efforts with tech enablement. Strong background in IMO, M&A, enterprise integrations, or similar environments preferred.
