📋 Description Build and deploy agentic AI systems for planning, tools, and multi-step workflows. Develop scalable data pipelines to crawl, process, deduplicate, and structure data. Own RAG systems with ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, ranking, and grounding. Design ranking and relevance systems for advanced search and recommendations. Create evaluation and observability to ensure accuracy, safety, and cost efficiency. Transform prototypes into production-grade apps with reliability and performance. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of software engineering with Python and relational DB design. Proven experience owning complex systems end-to-end, incl. architecture and deployment. At least 1 year building apps with modern LLMs. Strong CS fundamentals, distributed systems, and scalable architecture. Experience designing and optimizing RAG systems (hybrid search, vector retrieval). Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex preferred. 🎁 Benefits Salary: $175k-$220k USD for US-based candidates, plus equity. Compensation determined by experience, skills, and location.
