📋 Description Lead AI strategy for Endava’s People/HR functions. Bridge people, data and tech to deliver AI projects at scale. Move pilots to production with governance and human oversight. Shape AI-enabled operating models and adoption across HR teams. Collaborate with ATS, HCM, LMS and COEs to embed AI. Guide AI-enabled redesign of HR processes and roles. 🎯 Requirements Degree or equivalent in CS, data science, or related field desirable. Familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, automation, prompt engineering. Experience leading UAT, testing cycles, or functional implementation.
