📋 Description Lead the new Application Engineering team in the US, focusing on localising and advancing Build and mentor a US-based team across robotics, ML, and systems integration. Drive full-cycle autonomy features tailored to US road conditions and driving norms. Collaborate with OEM partners and US product/vehicle operations teams. 🎯 Requirements Strong robotics and autonomy background with real-world deployment experience. Proven leadership of engineering teams, ideally distributed or independent. Ability to define goals, roadmaps, and deliver with minimal supervision. Broad fluency across software, ML, controls, and systems integration.
