📋 Description Lead a high-performing team of engineers, tech pros, and vendors. Own end-to-end remediation for major network incidents. Govern ITIL processes for incident/change/event/config/asset management. Support deployment and maintenance of critical infra (firewalls, switches, UPS). Provide technical leadership on complex network events and ED plans. Drive automation to reduce toil and MTTR with cross-functional partners. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in network operations or engineering. 2+ years in management or team lead role. Proven ops excellence with high-availability networks. Experience building technical teams in fast-paced environments. Strong CLI and cloud-hosted portal proficiency.
