Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer

📋 Description Implement, maintain, and support eDiscovery applications and their underlying infrastructure to Provide technical support for software platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and route complex issues Assist application support teams with issue resolution by performing root cause analysis and Maintain client environments to meet system requirements and infrastructure best practices. Monitor infrastructure performance and support reliability and scalability improvements. Develop knowledge of supported solutions and align capabilities with customer requirements. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or similar technical Intermediate knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, NUIX, and LAW. Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2012+). Experience with scripting, automation, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft IIS. Knowledge of Microsoft clustering technologies and enterprise infrastructure management.
