📋 Description Coordinate multiple medical communications projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and Manage medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes with stakeholders and internal Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, assign actions, and share Support project financials via invoicing reviews, reconciliations, Sunshine Act reporting, and Collaborate with external vendors for meetings logistics: venue, travel, A/V, catering, event Facilitate assignment team meetings and maintain project documentation; identify/workflow 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, or related field; other 0–2 years in client services, agency, project coordination, or related environment. Strong organizational/multitasking skills to manage concurrent projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative/problem-solving mindset. Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project.
