📋 Description Lead and develop the Motion Controls team in autonomy. Own the interface between Wayve Driver, trajectory generation, and control. Define the technical roadmap and deliver across short/long horizons. Translate product needs into concrete technical plans. Guide deployment of robust motion behavior across platforms. Collaborate with partners to align plans and constraints. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading engineers and setting priorities. Background in autonomy/robotics or related AI systems. Proven track record shipping production systems. Expertise in controls, trajectory generation, motion planning. Experience with ML-informed systems in production.
