📋 Description Advise and engage AV consultant community to increase adoption of AV networking solutions. Develop and execute consultant engagement strategies with priority firms and industry groups. Build relationships with engineering and design stakeholders; lead education sessions and Position networking solutions for AV-over-IP across enterprise projects in education, hospitality Influence early project requirements and connect specification influence to pipeline development Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to gather consultant feedback and improve 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years in professional audiovisual, AV-over-IP, networking, or related business development roles. Strong understanding of AV-over-IP architectures, managed switching, multicast, VLANs, QoS, PoE. Experience influencing specifications and early-stage project requirements; ability to translate Excellent presentation and relationship-management skills; able to work independently and travel up Preferred:Existing relationships with North American AV consultant firms; certifications like 🎁 Benefits Target compensation range of $175,000 - $200,000 On Target Earnings with 60/40 split.
