Business System Analyst (Payment Acceptance Platform / Acquiring / Merchant Lifecycle)

📋 Description Support design and delivery of strategic transformation within the Payment Acceptance Platform Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and payment scheme reps. Analyze, design and implement acquiring solutions for merchant services. Focus on end-to-end merchant lifecycle, onboarding, processing, settlements, funding and disputes. Analyze integrations with banking and payment systems; map data and interfaces. Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria for deployments. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 5 years as System Analyst/Business-System Analyst in banking, payments or acquiring. Strong knowledge of end-to-end acquiring processes and merchant lifecycle. Experience with ISO8583/ISO20022, merchant onboarding, disputes and fraud. Fluent English and Polish; excellent stakeholder management. Understanding of payment security and PCI DSS concepts.
