Senior Backend Engineer, Platform Readiness

📋 Description Architect and evolve systems enabling features to ship across platforms. Automate platform readiness evaluation and surface risks early. Serve as technical anchor for agentic-workflow direction and cross-team collaboration. Establish onboarding and provide technical guidance to new engineers. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software engineering with 2+ years in backend/platform tooling. Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang (Ruby a plus). Experience shipping developer-facing tooling for engineers as primary users.
