Technical Due Diligence Manager – Data Centers

📋 Description Lead multidisciplinary due diligence programs for data center and AI infrastructure projects. Define and coordinate engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, permitting Manage external engineering firms and consultants throughout the due diligence process. Evaluate findings and provide recommendations to support investments. Identify technical risks: constructability, utilities, permitting, zoning, schedules. Prepare technical reports and executive summaries; develop playbooks. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate 5 to 10 years in technical due diligence, infrastructure development, or large-scale projects. Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering, environmental, and technical consultants. Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, permitting Ability to interpret complex studies and translate findings into business recommendations; strong Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience engaging executive stakeholders. 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation package.
