📋 Description Lead end-to-end AI agent deployments for customers. Translate business needs into production-ready CX solutions. Collaborate with Product, Eng, Design, and GTM teams. Ship customer-facing technical solutions in fast-moving envts. Define success metrics and document implementation plans. Work with enterprise systems integrations (CRM, ticketing, data platforms). 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role. Strong API, coding, and integration experience. Proven ability to deliver production-grade enterprise solutions. Excellent communication with senior technical stakeholders. Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
