📋 Description onsite role with Abacus healthcare client in Orlando Initial contact for client requests and escalations Resolve service tickets and triage complex issues Assist with design, installation, and usability of IT systems Work with vendors to resolve hardware/software issues Maintain documentation and provide updates to clients 🎯 Requirements Associates degree in technology or equivalent experience 3+ years IT support in Microsoft environments Certifications: Network+, Server+, Windows Server 70-410/98-365 preferred Knowledge: Windows Server 2012-2016, Active Directory, SQL, Exchange VMware, Citrix, VPN, Terminal Services knowledge VoIP, backup technologies, networking, security best practices 🎁 Benefits Equal opportunity employer; vaccination may be required for onsite roles
