📋 Description Lead design and development of agentic AI solutions for mortgage servicing escrows Partner with BA and SME to translate domain knowledge into AI-powered workflows Prototype agents using Claude and Claude Code to handle edge cases and regulatory constraints Bridge human expertise and machine learning to deliver compliant, scalable automation Collaborate to map, automate, and optimize mission-critical processes 🎯 Requirements Extensive software development experience (Python, TypeScript, or Go) Hands-on with LLM-based apps, prompt engineering, tool integration, multi-turn workflows Experience building/deploying agentic systems (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar) Ability to extract domain logic from SMEs and translate to executable requirements Experience in regulated industries (mortgage/fintech/healthcare) or risk-awareness Nice to have: mortgage servicing/LOS experience; Claude API/Claude Code; MCP or similar tool 🎁 Benefits Health and dental insurance Meal and food allowance Childcare assistance Extended paternity leave Wellbeing and fitness programs Continuous learning platform (CI&T University)
