📋 Description Own EWA updates and ongoing management, data validation, status tracking, and leadership visibility. Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting highlighting trends, risks, and actions across client Lead survey follow-up activities to drive accountability and closure. Drive CSAT follow-up activities and support newsletter content with metrics and insights. Investigate discrepancies between EWA, CSAT, and project health flags; provide root-cause analysis 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems 5–8 years in professional/consulting services, services operations, PMO support, or business Based in India with required overlap with US time zones. Experience using operational/financial data (PSA, CRM, ERP, survey tools). Strong attention to detail; ability to manage recurring reporting cadence and action tracking.
