Site Superintendent - Roads - Farciennes

📋 Description Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to road construction works. Ensure works align with approved plans, specs, and regulations. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution. Organise daily site operations, allocate resources to meet deadlines. Monitor progress, identify delays/risks, propose corrective actions. Lead safety efforts, enforce BESIX and project safety standards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or Minimum 5 years' experience supervising road/infrastructure projects on site. Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple activities. Strong knowledge of road construction techniques (earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavement). Ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, method statements, schedules.
