📋 Description Lead data governance to turn data into business value. Chair Data SteerCo with cross-functional representation. Own end-to-end customer data model and data products. Define data ontologies, taxonomies, and reference data. Ensure data workstreams align with business outcomes. Drive governance that enables growth and trusted reporting. 🎯 Requirements Master's degree in a relevant field; 8-12 years in data governance/MDM or data leadership. Proven binding decision rights across business units. Strong business-value orientation for data initiatives. Hands-on experience with data governance, MDM, and data contracts. Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management up to CFO/CMO level.
