Tech Lead Manager, Finance Integrations & Automation - BizTech

📋 Description Lead a fintech integration program for ERP and finance, setting direction and ownership of systems Balance management with hands-on work: review designs, code, and build complex integrations and Partner with Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into Coach engineers and contractors through design reviews and career development. Own month-end financial integrations and reporting, surfacing gaps proactively. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in software engineering with production systems and integrations. Experience leading engineers as a manager or tech lead and growing careers. Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle Cloud ERP or similar), especially Finance modules (R2R, P2P, AP, AR). Proficiency in Java or Python, building microservices, APIs, and end-to-end integrations. Experience applying AI in development (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG). Strong SQL and relational database skills; excellent cross-functional collaboration.
