Mental Health Specialist II - Acute Behavioral Services

📋 Description Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental-health needs using Support plans, crisis-prevention strategies, de-escalation, and manual restraint procedures as Maintain a clean, safe living environment; assist with daily living, transportation, and community Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap, health tracking). Monitor behavioral changes and communicate with supervisors during crises. Participate in team meetings and help train new staff. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or GED. 3 years of relevant experience or a degree in a mental-health field. Must be at least 18 years old; some programs require 21+. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
