📋 Description Owns end-to-end delivery outcomes across a defined program and coordinates constituent projects. Balance scope, cost, effort, and timelines within contractual boundaries to protect delivery Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to junior Delivery Managers without direct people Lead program scope governance and formal change processes to maintain delivery integrity. Collaborate to align program delivery with Behavox’s mission and market technology. 🎯 Requirements Deep knowledge of program-level delivery structures, controls, and execution patterns. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery implications. Advanced knowledge of enterprise data integration models and connectivity (SMTP, SFTP). Ability to make commercial trade-offs on scope, cost, and timelines.
