📋 Description Category Manager oversees a category of products and drives product performance & Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, technologies, customers’ needs and Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product value proposition and deployment of portfolio Develop and implement action plans for product pre- and post-launch phases. Track KPIs to assess product success and optimize sales; support sales with updated marketing Develop and execute internal & external marketing training plans for sales teams and customers. 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration and/or technical engineering in Agriculture At least 10 years of experience in product management in Animal nutrition & health industry. Fluent in English; another language (French) is an advantage.
