📋 Description Lead global regulatory strategy and market access for Phileo BU Drive regulatory roadmap and registration priorities Ensure compliance with evolving frameworks across regions Oversee dossiers for feed ingredients and additives worldwide Coordinate regulatory timelines with launches and supply Interact with authorities (EC, EFSA, FDA, AAFCO, MAPA, etc.) 🎯 Requirements PhD in animal nutrition/health or DVM preferred ≥10 years in regulatory affairs in animal nutrition/health Experience with EU feed additive authorization/renewal is a plus Proven leadership of international teams Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration Excellent communication; fluent English (written and spoken) 🎁 Benefits Location: Lille area (home office up to 2 days/week) Up to 25% international travel Open to people with disabilities
