📋 Description The Director of Product Management owns the Underwriting Engine platform end-to-end, including Lead a small team of 2–3 PMs while remaining an active IC to connect a complex technical platform Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, and senior leadership in the US, Singapore, and 🎯 Requirements Strong leadership with ability to unblock PMs and maintain quality without over-reliance on Experience translating platform-to-business constraints into clear engineering briefs. Data-informed decision making in a high-stakes, regulated domain with experimentation and model Structured communicator capable of aligning Actuarial, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders. Ability to prioritize high-leverage investments and say no with reasoned judgment. Technical credibility across rules engines, knowledge graphs, ML pipelines, and decisioning systems.
