📋 Description Define and deploy architectural standards across analytics and data engineering teams Build AI-powered tooling and workflows for analytics and data engineering Elevate RBAC framework, including row access and masking policies at scale Collaborate with product/engineering teams on features and specs Represent internal data capabilities to customers with patterns and learnings Drive cross-functional alignment and raise the technical bar 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture Deep Snowflake expertise: data modeling, performance, RBAC, Cortex, Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks Expert-level dbt skills (dbt Core/Platform), macros, testing, CI/CD Hands-on with Airflow or similar orchestration Strong AI tooling proficiency: LLM workflows, agent frameworks, prompt engineering RBAC design at scale: row access, masking, role hierarchies
