📋 Description Own design, analysis and validation of high‑performance moving systems for Helsing's drone platforms Work across kinematic synthesis, multi‑body dynamics, precision engineering and hands‑on prototype Translate complex mechanical requirements into flight‑worthy, testable hardware Collaborate with systems, structures and avionics teams across design reviews Develop robust mechanisms that meet environmental and operational conditions Lead iterative testing and validation campaigns to mature designs 🎯 Requirements Experience with kinematic mechanisms, multi‑body dynamics, FEA and structural validation Proficiency with 3D CAD and motion/kinematic analysis tools (e.g., MSC Adams, MotionSolve Hands‑on prototype iteration and mechanism fabrication know‑how; GD&T and tolerance analysis Familiarity with CAD/PLM workflows (SolidWorks/Siemens NX, Teamcenter or equivalent) Ability to design for aerospace/defense environments and reliability under varying conditions Strong collaboration and ability to work across interdisciplinary teams 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and VSOP options Relocation support: up to €2,500 and 4 weeks temporary accommodation Learning allowance: €500/£450 yearly Health & wellness support Social events and monthly social allowances Enhanced parental leave: 22 weeks fully paid for primary caregivers
