📋 Description Lead a hybrid team of engineers and functional resources Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to post-release support Influence roadmap and resource allocation for CLM, Post-Sales, Pro Serv, EDU Foster engineering excellence and continuous improvement Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Hands-on in architecture, code reviews, and coding when needed 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent 10+ years in enterprise app development or GTM systems 2–3+ years people management experience Deep Salesforce CRM experience Strong CLM experience with DocuSign or Ironclad Proven AI adoption to improve engineering efficiency
