Project Manager

📋 Description Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives and working groups aligned with strategy. Manage projects from concept through launch and ongoing improvement. Build engagement strategies, including community growth and conversion funnels. Coordinate creation and operation of new councils with stakeholders. Develop processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Maintain clear communication across internal teams and partners. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years in project management with strong planning/execution skills. Experience launching initiatives and communities from scratch. Experience coordinating online events (planning, coordination, execution). Process-oriented mindset to improve workflows.
