Supply Demand Planning Manager

📋 Description Develop end-to-end demand and supply plans across global product lines. Lead S&OP process and align supply with financial objectives. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for planning. Identify supply risks and mitigate constraints. Drive NPI transitions, minimize excess inventory exposure. Define and report KPIs like forecast accuracy and delivery performance. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or demand planning. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Strong forecasting, ERP, and planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder. Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication with executive leadership.
