Uphold engineering excellence via design reviews, code quality, and docs. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years backend engineering with Python, Go, or Rust. Strong API design: schema evolution, versioning, idempotency, auth, rate limiting, performance Cloud experience (AWS preferred); Kubernetes, CI/CD, modern DevOps. Experience with modern AI APIs; latency tuning, streaming, model orchestration is a plus.
