📋 Description Lead the PV Medical Writing function, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely deliverables. Develop and manage the PV Medical Writing team, fostering growth and engagement. Oversee quality, compliance, inspections, and continuous improvement (SOPs, KPIs, audits). Provide strategic PV medical writing expertise to clients and project teams. Support business development: proposals, bid defenses, client engagements. Manage resources, budgets, and operations for efficient service delivery. 🎯 Requirements Extensive pharmacovigilance and PV Medical Writing leadership experience. Deep knowledge of global PV regulations; expert in aggregate safety reports and procedures. Experience with regulatory compliance, inspections, and PV system oversight (QPPV/deputy QPPV). Strong business acumen with proposals and client engagement experience.
