📋 Description Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for precision machining Translate engineering drawings and CAD models into machining instructions Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve manufacturability Optimize programs for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness Ensure safety and quality standards are met 🎯 Requirements Proven experience as a CAM Programmer or CNC Programmer Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam, PowerMill, or similar) Strong understanding of CNC milling, turning, multi-axis Ability to read GD&T and engineering drawings Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining techniques Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
