Hardware Test Engineer – Dexterity

📋 Description Hands-on testing of robotic hand hardware across components to system level. Assemble test articles and run validation tests; feed results back to design. Contribute to test strategy, planning, and fixture fabrication. Collaborate with ME, EE, firmware, and controls teams throughout development. Document results with traceable, structured reports and data. Engage in early design for test and harnessing support. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on hardware test experience (mechanical/electromechanical). Ability to write structured test plans with clear criteria. Experience building test fixtures/benchtop setups. Read mechanical drawings, schematics, datasheets.
