📋 Description Own the top-of-funnel supply metrics and fleet health to power service availability. Bridge Hardware/Electrical Engineering and Field Ops to translate failures into actionable work. Lead multi-site Diagnostic Technicians with prioritization and mentoring. Oversee SLAs with vendors and ensure trained staffing for multi-platform EV ops. Champion automated systems and provide executive reporting on fleet maturity. Manage component lifecycles and just-in-time part availability to minimize downtime. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field. 10+ years in large-scale operations, logistics, or hardware manufacturing; 3+ years on EV platforms. Experience taking hardware or vehicle platforms from NPI to field deployment. Proven vendor management, data-driven audits, and SLA governance. Strong analytical skills with telemetry data, DTCs, dashboards, and fleet metrics. Project leadership across multiple high-stakes technical projects in a fast-paced environment. 🎁 Benefits Waymo discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentives.
