📋 Description Contribute to full recruitment life-cycle for technical roles, partnering with stakeholders to hire Manage hiring manager relationships, define scope, advise on leveling, and drive decisions. Analyze recruiting and talent data to optimize search strategy and productivity. Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide excellent candidate experience. Lead offer extends, negotiations, and close strategy with hiring managers. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting, including international experience. Familiarity with software engineering hiring profiles. Aptitude for technical terminology and concepts. Proven success closing candidates and working with senior engineering leadership. Experience owning and improving hiring processes; thriving in startup/fast-paced environments.
