📋 Description Develop deep proficiency with Neara platform (incl. AutoDesign) for demos and customer use. Act as the technical SME in conversations, discovery, demos, and value proofs. Collaborate with Sales to craft demos and materials for utility workflows. Partner with Marketing to shape technical messaging and content. Collaborate with Product to align roadmap with utility design needs. Map Neara capabilities to incumbent tools to show differentiation. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years as Designer/Estimator in a utility context. Experience with pole loading, sag-tension, clearance, BOMs, WOs. Proficiency in PLS-CADD, SpidaCalc, OCalc, Pole Foreman, or AutoCAD. Ability to automate tasks using Python, VBA, or similar.
