📋 Description Provide first line support to PT participants via email regarding PT reporting system PORTAL Assist with PT program setup, customer order management, and round configuration within IFS and Help create and review technical documents, including participant instructions. Assist with review/approval of statistical analyses and evaluation decisions for PT reports. Maintain awareness of clinical laboratory developments and potential new proficiency products. Ensure familiarity with ISO/IEC 17043 and apply document controls to meet requirements.
