📋 Description Own and evolve our core AI-focused product areas: Quote Agent, Product Studio, Submission Triage Build and lead a cross-functional team of 9–10 engineers (ML, SWE, data/analytics). Define technical vision and architecture for an agentic platform to improve customer experience and Maintain engineering excellence through code reviews, architectural oversight, and hands-on Partner with Product, Design, and Delivery to align roadmaps and ship high-impact features. Translate business goals into scalable engineering plans as a strategic partner to GTM stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in software engineering with proven leadership of 15–20+ people. Deep expertise in B2B enterprise SaaS; early-stage startup experience preferred. Strong background shipping AI-powered products in production. Experience designing/deploying agentic systems, AI workflows, or LLM-powered apps at scale. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and ability to empower multidisciplinary teams.
