📋 Description Hybrid role reporting to a Senior Staff Software Engineer. Collaborate with foundation model training teams to determine data mixtures, curricula, objectives Design global-scale data pipelines to update and reuse data mixtures as datasets evolve. Develop and deploy data-selection algorithms to find targeted subsets for fine tuning and RL. Run large-scale empirical studies linking pre-training data to post-training performance and Collaborate with behavior, perception, and evaluation teams to test foundation models and measure 🎯 Requirements PhD in ML or AI/CS, or MSc with strong academic publication record Strong statistical / ML knowledge Proficiency in Python 3+ years of experience with modern deep learning frameworks: JAX, TensorFlow/PyTorch 🎁 Benefits Salary range: £123,000 – £129,000 GBP Discretionary annual bonus, equity incentive plan, and generous benefits program Hybrid work model with opportunities across UK sites
