📋 Description Complete scheduled work on time, within budget, and within specification Achieve right first-time results to reduce rework Ensure timely delivery in full for all projects Understand underlying chemical and physical principles before starting assigned work Effectively monitor all reactions to prevent incomplete work-ups Report any batch failures or unexpected results immediately to the Chemistry Manager 🎯 Requirements PhD or equivalent experience in Chemistry Minimum of 10 years industrial experience or relevant postdoc Proven project management experience Experience working in a quality-led laboratory environment Batch manufacture experience from <10 g to at least 1 kg Demonstrated experience with contract/custom synthesis projects
