📋 Description Oversee structural installations including foundations, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring Manage and schedule structural contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews to deliver milestones Ensure all contractors adhere to structural scope and deliver high-integrity foundations and Monitor daily progress with detailed logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation for all Develop and enforce construction schedules to keep projects on time and within budget. Lead safety program to build a zero-incident culture around excavations and heavy operations. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years managing structural construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical Hands-on experience in foundations, concrete forming/rebar, structural steel erection, and heavy Strong knowledge of Memphis-area building codes, IBC/ACI/AISC regulations, and industrial Experience with construction management software (Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project).
