Power and Performance Validation Engineer

📋 Description Define and drive validation strategies for power, thermal and performance of AI compute silicon and Plan and execute validation across pre-silicon and post-silicon environments Develop scalable automation frameworks and reporting tools in Python Collaborate with architecture, RTL, firmware, software and systems teams to debug issues Design and run benchmark workloads and performance experiments to identify optimizations Analyse power, thermal and performance data to identify bottlenecks 🎯 Requirements Strong experience in power and performance validation, silicon characterization or system Deep understanding of modern SoC architecture (CPU, memory, interconnect, high-speed I/O) Linux systems knowledge and low-level performance analysis Strong Python programming skills for automation and data analysis Experience with benchmarking/profiling tools (stress-ng, fio, perf, iperf or equivalent) Ability to work independently on complex tasks and collaborate across teams 🎁 Benefits USA Benefits: comprehensive package including health, wellbeing and financial benefits
