Principal SLT Test Engineer

📋 Description Lead team to develop System Level Test (SLT) capability for multi-die AI processors. Build production test strategy focusing on silicon test quality and yield. Design and implement SLT tests for next-gen processors with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with silicon, test, and DFT groups to define manufacturing tests. Transferring SLT solutions to volume manufacturing as needed. Balance test coverage and fault detection across test stages (ATE, IQC, etc.). 🎯 Requirements Experience in Functional Test or ATE test engineering in a production setting. Proven track record of leading SLT projects for multi-die AI processors. Strong leadership to manage engineers and drive SLT strategy. Hands-on, pragmatic approach in a fast-changing environment. Proven ability to work under pressure with cross-department teams.
