Autonomous Vehicle Operator, Santa Clara (AM Shift, 12-Month Duration)

📋 Description Operate autonomous test vehicles in manual and autonomous modes up to 8 hours/day. Train and provide data feedback to engineers using proprietary software. Troubleshoot real-time issues with Mission Operations to hit mileage targets. Perform pre/post mission vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks. Engage with the public as needed to educate on autonomous tech. Coordinate high-profile ridealongs for leadership and stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements Ability to work 5 days/week on specified morning shifts (PT). Current California driver’s license; US license for 3+ years; clean driving record. Strong communication, collaboration, and independent work skills. Comfort with field equipment (laptops/tablets/smartphones) for documentation and workflows. Calm, resourceful problem-solving under pressure; safe operating practices.
