📋 Description Own end-to-end ILS delivery for CA-1 from concept through Final Operational Capability and Coordinate across maintenance planning, spare parts, technical data, training and support equipment Structure and cost ILS proposals for defence customers Manage complex master schedules and establish cost and risk baselines Provide stakeholders with evidence-based status reporting and corrective action plans Collaborate with engineering, procurement and customer teams to align outputs with programme 🎯 Requirements Delivered Integrated Logistics Support or Integrated Product Support programmes in defence or Hands-on experience across maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, training and Structured, costed, and led ILS proposals and bids with clear commercial/technical evaluation Managed complex programme controls: master schedules, milestone tracking, risk registers and cost Understanding through-life support concepts including performance-based logistics and in-service Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, procurement and customer-facing 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and VSOP options Relocation support: up to €2,500 and 4 weeks temporary accommodation Learning: €500/£450 yearly allowance Health & wellness: gym membership and mental health support Social: regular company events and monthly social allowances Enhanced parental leave: 22 weeks fully paid; 6 weeks for secondary caregivers
