Senior/Staff Machine Learning Research Scientist: Generative Modeling for Planning

📋 Description Develop and scale state-of-the-art generative models for autonomous plan generation. Build generative models with foundation models for reasoning and multi-modality generation. Optimize generative models with reinforcement learning and reward modeling. Develop controllable generative models to guide generation toward goals. Collaborate across autonomy teams and deploy models on NuroDriver. 🎯 Requirements PhD preferred; MSc + 3+ years with generative models. Experience with diffusion, flow matching, energy-based models for robotics. Background in vision-language-action, RL for model optimization; LLMs/world foundation models bonus. Strong Python and/or C++ programming skills. Strong problem solving and team player.
