📋 Description Lead equity and strategic financing processes end-to-end. Own investor diligence, data rooms, timelines, and financing workflows. Coordinate cross-functional execution across finance, legal, tax, operations, and technical teams. Manage investors, bankers, counsel, and external advisors through live processes. Maintain momentum across stakeholders and reduce executive process overhead. Translate Armada’s business into an institutional investment thesis. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience across investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, growth Prior experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity/growth equity firm, or high-growth Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities. Experience supporting or executing growth-stage financing transactions. Ability to understand and communicate complex infrastructure and technology business models.
