R&D Team Lead

📋 Description Lead an autonomous software team working with product management to achieve goals. Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams. Own overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production deployment for the team. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years as a software technocrat, using C#, Node.js or other OOP languages, REST APIs, webhooks 2+ years observability experience (Dynatrace, Grafana). 2+ years managerial experience leading customer-facing products. Experience with messaging queues or streams (RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka). Strong OOP knowledge and design patterns.
