📋 Description Join AbbVie's global BTS team to advance digital transformation in medicine. Support IR Discovery and CBSO with IT system ownership and collaboration. Develop plans to deliver technological capabilities enabling business goals. Analyze processes, elicit requirements, and propose IT-enabled solutions. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and document SDLC artifacts. Lead testing, verification, and stakeholder communications as needed. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s deg + 6 yrs tech exp; Master’s +5 yrs; PhD +0. IT system ownership and implementation experience. Experience with Agile, Scrum or Kanban frameworks. Collaborative across globally distributed engineering/design teams. 3+ years leading projects or stakeholder management.
